I was looking up 'consumption' on wikipedia, and found an image of the man who discovered it. my goal was interpretation and simplification. I'm happy with the bowtie.

I gave myself 20 minutes for this, and then folded at 25 min and made it a 2 hour study. I'll have to work on that. either way a painting is progress.
