I've been playing streetfighter IV for a couple days now, and Its reminded me of great memories in dirty arcades and pockets full of quarters. I have a lot of images in my head today, but this one wanted to go first. 3-4 hours.

A test. Painted from a reference photo I found on the net. This was an attempt to make volumetric smoke. I'll use this technique in a later image.

I had the name floating in my head from a Robert E Howard story. I'll probably try another one with this title. No real intention to start but it turned into a book cover. 1 hour

My second attempt to loosen up. Not a complete success. I think I'm going to have to shorten the time for each of these to really push myself. 2 hours.
